Quebec Winter Carnival 2013 - Carnival Program
The next presentation of Quebec Winter Carnival runs from February 01 to February 17, 2017. The 2 Quebec Winter Carnival Night Parades are held on February 9 (Lower Town) and on February 16 (Upper Town). The Quebec City Winter Carnival festivities last for 17 days. Every weekend is filled with activities for all tastes and for the whole family. On the first weekend, Quebec City Winter Carnaval presents the Opening night with musical performance and Fire works. The highlights of the second weekend of the Quebec Winter Carnival are the Night Parade in Lower Town and the Canoe Race. Finally, on the third weekend, not to be missed: the Snow Bath and the Upper Town Night Parade, in addition to all the activities offered continuously, as the International Snow Sculpture Event. In sum, all three weekends of the Quebec Winter Carnaval will make you experience all the Winter pleasures.
